This policy explains how CYCE Energy (“CYCE”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with this website. It covers cyceenergy.com and its sub-pages, including the equipment, gallery, investor and design-partner sections.

We are an industrial equipment manufacturer selling to businesses. This site is a corporate presentation: it does not sell products online, does not host user accounts, and does not run advertising.

Information you send us. The contact points on this site are email addresses. When you write to us — about equipment specifications, the Design Partner Program, investor relations or careers — we receive whatever you choose to include: typically your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your enquiry.

Technical records. Like any web server, ours records standard request data: IP address, timestamp, requested page, referring page, and browser and device identifiers sent by your browser. These logs exist to keep the service running and secure.

Stored in your browser. If you switch between light and dark mode, that preference is saved locally in your browser so the site remembers it. It stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.

What we do not do. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, we do not set marketing cookies, we do not build visitor profiles, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

We use the information above to:

• respond to enquiries and provide the technical or commercial information requested;
• prepare and manage quotations, supply agreements and partner or investor discussions;
• operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
• meet legal, accounting, export-control and regulatory obligations.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and protecting a business, on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, on performance of a contract, and on compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where necessary, and only with:

• service providers who operate our email, hosting and IT infrastructure on our behalf;

• authorities, where disclosure is required by law or to establish or defend legal claims;

CYCE operates from the United Arab Emirates and the United States, and correspondence may be handled in either location. Where personal information moves between countries, we take appropriate steps to keep it protected to the standard described in this policy.

Business correspondence is kept for as long as the commercial relationship is active and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax, corporate and contractual record-keeping rules. Server logs are kept for a short operational period and then discarded or aggregated. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted once they are no longer relevant.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy in a portable form, and to withdraw consent where we relied on it.

We apply organisational and technical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including restricted access and encrypted transport. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please avoid sending confidential technical or commercial material by unencrypted email — contact us first and we will arrange a secure channel.

This site is directed at businesses and industrial buyers. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
